The occasional room / storage conversion has been designed for the customer with a strict budget, who desperately needs the extra space, but doesn't require the complete loft conversion.
This conversion is ideal for an occasional room such as a playroom / home office or a clean, insulated, versatile storage room
The occasional room / storage conversions start from £ 8,000 and are generally completed within 3-4 weeks, planning permission and building regulations are not required for this conversion

Occasional room / storage conversion includes the following:
- Loft hatch / staircase opening created and reinforced

- Fit an aluminum / timber loft ladder or a space saver staircase
|
- Fit new timber strengthening joists
|

- Fit as many velux roof windows as required
|
|
Optional extra works that can be added to the above are as follows |
- Fit double electric plug sockets
|
- Fit loft insulation to completely insulate the loft space
|

- Plaster board and skim the new loft room
|
|
|
- Fit laminate or hardwood flooring
