After your initial enquiry a free home survey will be required to determine the feasibility of converting your loft. During this survey we will discuss your requirements and advise you on the best way to achieve what you’re looking for.

Once we have surveyed your loft we will provide you with a no obligation written quotation within 5 working days. Should you choose to accept our quotation and instruct us to proceed, we will have our architect produce detailed drawings for your approval.

When you are satisfied with the designs we will submit these drawings and structural engineers calculations for local authority approval. We will also deal with any building regulations and planning permission applications. Local authority approval could take up to 12 weeks.

Once we have obtained the relevant permissions from the local authorities, a date will be agreed for the conversion to begin.
Most loft conversions can be completed within
6 weeks, however this timescale may alter depending on the complexity of your conversion.
